Following a pick-up from your hotel, you will head to the majestic Lempuyang Temple in the eastern part of Bali. Along the way, pass long stretches of beautiful and pristine rice paddies, travel along winding roads, and marvel at breathtaking mountains. There is a reason why this temple is known as the Gateway to Heaven. Be awed by the magical views of Mount Agung behind the temple.

By Road: Lempuyang Temple is a 2-hour drive from Ubud, Denpasar, and Jimbaran. The best mode of traveling would definitely be a taxi, car rentals, or motorbikes. If you are traveling from Jimbaran, take the JL Pantai Jimbaran road to JL Raya Uluwatu road. This should take five minutes. After then drive from the JL bypass Ngurah Rai to Pura Telaga Mas Lempuyang for over two hours. From there your destination it would be a hard miss to find.
