The best way to reach here is to take a bus from Delhi and get down at Bhuntar. Since no bus travels directly from Delhi to Bhuntar, you can take a bus to Manali as Bhuntar is located 50 km east of Manali. From Bhuntar, you will get HRTC buses going to Barshaini. Once you reach Barshaini, you can trek your way to Tosh. You can also take a shared cab for the 5 km long route at a cost of INR 100.
