The head part of the Naga towards the west looks very impressive as it is made of a single solid stone.

First level Gopura: This is a pavilion in the Greek architectural style with a cross plan at the entrance of each terrace on an elevated, angled base. Stone lions are placed at the entrance of each terrace.
